It’s that time of year again people, when everyone seems to have a spring in their step. When children are nice to their parents and ticket inspectors on the train are treated with less hostility than usual.

You guessed it, it’s time to once again start voting for your favourite songs in this years Triple J’s Hottest 100! What songs couldn’t you get enough of this year?

Did Animal Collective tickle your fancy? Were you dazzled by the Flaming Lips? Did Muse inspire? Were you caught up by the Temper Trap? Maybe you’re wondering why you want to vote for Weezer?

Like last year, there is the added incentive to get your votes in, with every voter given the chance of winning Triple J’s Golden Ticket, which gets you into every Triple J supported gig and festival in 2010.  How good is that?

Voting began Monday the 21st of December, so now is a great time to get in and rally behind your favourite tunes of 2009.
