Transformers, more than meets the eye, but if Transformers 2 was anything to go by… if any more met our eyes, people’s heads may have exploded. But will that be the case for Transformers 3 : Dark of the Moon (shot in 3D of course)?
Michael Bay shocked everyone with how brilliantly perfect a popcorn movie he could make with the first Transformers movie. It made Shia LaBeouf a star, Megan Fox’s ass the most wanted item in the world and kids around the world wanting to make the noise “Bkrrzz, chew, chew, brkkew, doo” with their mouths.

Then Transformers 2 : Revenge of the Fallen came along. Clearly, Bay had never heard of the phrase “Less is More”. It was loud, soulless and lacked anything that made the first so much fun.
However, the teaser trailer for Transformers 3 : Dark of the Moon suggests we might have something a bit cooler on our hands (it involves Neil Armstrong)… and hopefully with a little less noise.
Transformers 3 : Dark of the Moon again stars Shia LaBeouf and Josh Duhamel, Megan Fox is out and in her place comes Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
John Malkovich, Patrick Dempsey and The Hangover‘s Ken Jeong have joined the team too, while series regular John Turturro is also back as “that annoying FBI guy”.
