The Basics Record Live Album : Music News

Melbourne’s The Basics (featuring Aria Award winner Gotye) will record their first ever live album at The Northcote Social Club on Friday February 5.

The band will feature a jambalaya of tracks from previous albums Get Back, Stand Out/Fit In and their latest effort Keep Your Friends Close plus a few beloved extras.

Punters at the gig will also be able to sign their names on a huge autograph board which will be used as the cover art for the record.

Supporting The Basics for this event will be Canberra’s Hancock Basement and Laneway ‘The Very West’ winners The White Goods.
