Sigur Rós announce Australian Dates: Tour News

It has happened…

After much speculation over the past few weeks, Icelandic post-rock group Sigur Rós have announced tour dates for Australia this November.

The three tour dates will take in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane at the Harvest Festival on the 11, 17 and 18th November respectively.

The band released the details through their website today (14 June), sparking a mass of Facebook hysteria from ardent fans the across the world.

Many fans in Melbourne and Sydney will be particularly hoping that the five-day break between their two shows are an indication of the band’s desire to add in a couple of sideshows. Only time will tell I suppose.

Tickets for the Harvest Festival will be on sale 28 June. Stay tuned!
