While the Chronicles Of Narnia should have, in theory, died a natural death at the hands of an audience that… well, just didn’t really care about it… it seems the elvin folk are alive and well with the first images of The Chronicles Of Narnia : Voyage Of The Dawn Treader starting to leak through.
The folks over at Cinemablend got their greasy mits on some of the first images from Dawn Voyager (the third in the series originally funded by Disney which made over one billion dollars worldwide), and boy… does it look colourful.
Think Mike Myers in Cat In The Hat but with more uptight British folk behind the scenes and some nifty boats.
Sadly our good pal William Moseley isn’t onboard this time around (and when I say onboard… I mean literally… with a good deal of the flick goin’ Pirates Of The Caribbean on yo asses) - but rest assured, the flick should be cool and it should actually make some money this time around.

For those still interested (and haven’t been distracted by the Twilight or Harry Potter sagas, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader follows Lucy and Edmund Pevensie who return to Narnia with their cousin Eustace where they meet up with Prince Caspian for a trip across the sea aboard the royal ship The Dawn Treader.
Along the way they encounter dragons, dwarves, merfolk, and a band of lost warriors before reaching the edge of the world.
Doesn’t that sound just splendid… doesn’t it just! But not as splendid as the old school BBC original (which, to this day, I still confuse with that show with “T-Bag” and “T-Shirt”)
