Paranormal Activity is the low budget horror movie which is sweeping the nation, much like The Blair Witch Project did several years ago. But what is all the fuss about?
After a young, middle class couple moves into (what seems like) a typical suburban house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may (or may not) be demonic – but is sure as hell active in the middle of the night.
Especially when they sleep. Or try to!

WHAT’S THE BUZZ
Made for just under $15,000 (although reports do vary), Paranormal Activity is a prime example of the internet at it’s deceptive best, with the film already taking in over $60M at the USA Box Office. Yep, even for those who aren’t accountants – that is a ghostload of profit.
The film was directed, written and edited by Oren Peli and is being claimed, by many, as the scariest movie of all time.
WATCH OUT FOR
Some seriously disturbing night vision shots of the audience in the trailer. Sure, the movie is scary – but thinking you might cop a glimpse of Paris Hilton’s twat again…. urrghhlll.
