A brand new Red Band trailer has just been unleashed for the single most anticipated comedy of 2010 – Hot Tub Time Machine. And, we should warn you, there are some tatties and baps that may hit you in the eye here…
Can anyone else smell an instant cult classic in the making here? Hot Tub Time Machine follows a group of best friends who’ve become bored with their adult lives: Adam (John Cusack, fresh from 2012) has been dumped by his girlfriend; Lou (Rob Corddry) is a party guy who can’t find the party; Nick’s (Craig Robinson) wife controls his every move; and video game-obsessed Jacob (Clark Duke, of Clarke & Michael fame) won’t leave his basement.
Hot Tub Time Machine
After a crazy night of drinking in a ski resort hot tub, the men wake up, heads’ pounding, in the year 1986. This is their chance to kick some past and change their futures – one will find a new love life, one will learn to stand up for himself with the ladies, one will find his mojo, and one will make sure he still exists!
WHAT’S THE BUZZ
This is a perfect example of a film which nobody has any idea about, but everyone kind of knows it exists. A contradiction in terms – but it’s true. From the casting rumours which have been floating around, to the downright ridiculous 1980s faded VHS Cover at VideoBusters title… you really can’t go wrong.
Plus Chevy Chase! Come on! It’ll be the balls.
