Having won over audiences with their exceptional energetic live shows earlier this year at Laneway Festival, Frightened Rabbit return to play Splendour In The Grass and headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne.

Scotland’s Frightened Rabbit new album, The Winter Of Mixed Drinks. Produced by Peter Katis (The National, Interpol, Spoon), follows the slow-burn classic, The Midnight Organ Fight, which emerged as a critical favourite in 2008 and made numerous ‘best of’ lists including Pitchfork, NME, Magnet, Drowned In Sound and Australia’s own Music Network to name a few! A visceral and heartbreaking pop oeuvre, The Winter Of Mixed Drinks showcases a more fully realised Frightened Rabbit sound than ever before, and boasts stunning string arrangements from Fatcat Records Hauschka.
