Tron Legacy is fact becoming one of the most anticipated tent pole flicks of the year [Watch the Amazing new Trailer Here], not simply because of the nostalgic boom it will create in Tron fans’ brains, not simply because of the mind boggling graphics… but also the music.
Ever since it was announced that legendary DJ team Daft Punk were going to be behind the electronic soundtrack, it’s safe to say movie and music nerds around the world went into geek-out overdrive. Think of it… Daft Punk… inside a computer… it’s almost to much to comprehend.

Six tracks from Daft Punk’s Tron Legacy soundtrack have been leaked onto the net. They’ve been floating around for a few weeks now, but have only been recently confirmed by Disney that “they may not be fakes like the YouTube ones”.
Despite sounding eerily similar to a mash-up of Hans Zimmer’s Inception and Dark Knight scores – Daft Punk have delivered a sinister and base heavy congregation of sounds here. You don’t even need to see the neon suits to get into the right frame of mind for this movie.
