Most of us arefamiliar with the The Bedroom Philosopher and his Songs From the 86 Tram record, where songs like Northcote (So Hungover) celebrate the complexities of the ‘hip’ among us. However, as this YouTube comment version suggests, it’s best not to think too much about it – the basic idea is that there is no all-encompassing idea. Justin Heazlewood is merely pointing to an abusrd and quirky aspect of our behaviour and telling us we need to have a laugh.
